Every NBA game is available with the League pass in every country except the US and Canada. The restrictions usually occur due to the intervention of local and national content providers who have exclusive rights to televise the games.

The blacked-out games are available for viewing once the game has been concluded.

It is usually based on the geographical location and IP address of the users so if your location changes, then the restrictions for live also change as per your current location.

Within the US or Canada, they use zip codes to determine what teams are covered by the local broadcasters.

Fans can enjoy those blackout games on a regional sports network in your area such as NBA TV, ESPN, TNT, and ABC.
