TNT Basketball Announcers Female 2023-24 Season

TNT Basketball announcers female are Candace Parker, Stephanie Ready and Rebecca Haarlow. Parker is an analyst and commentator for the network.

Turner Network Television was initially established in 1988 to broadcast television series and movies. However, the organization partially aired some sporting events, starting in June 2001.

Pam Oliver was the first woman sideline reporter for the company, joining the team in 2005. She was with the channel until 2009 but later joined as a field journalist for the NFL with Fox News.

A total of 8 female basketball announcers are in the organization so far. Most female recruitments joined as sideline reporters and have also been provided with their private sporting shows, working as an analyst.

Also, the company transmits their shows in both English and Spanish language. Warner Bros. Discovery currently owns this network.

Candace Parker

Candace Parker is among the March Madness female commentators and an analyst for TNT. Parker recently signed a multiyear contract with the network.

The analyst is a two-time NCAA and WNBA champion. She has even secured two gold medals with the USA in the Olympics of 2008 and 2012.

The two-time gold medalist joined Turner Corporation in 2018 primarily just serving for the NBA on TNT as an analyst and a commentator. She was only present on the Tuesday shows during the season.

However, she was later added as one of the March Madness announcers for the 2019 NCAA championships for males.

Afterwards, in 2019 the network and Parker agreed to extend her period with the company. Now she will be serving as a commentator and an analyst on the NBA TV and for the NBA on the TNT show.

The two-time WNBA champion will also be covering NCAA tournaments with CBS Sports under the same role.

Stephanie Ready

Stephanie Ready has been one of the basketball announcers for Tuner Networks since 2018. Ready is a sideline reporter and a host for the Broadband.

She was widely recognized as the first female coach of the men's professional League. She coached Greenville Groove in the NBA Development League leading the team to win a 2002 G League championship.

The former head coach started her journey as a media personnel for the BobcatsA in 2004. Later, she worked for ESPN2 as their sideline reporter from 2006 to 2007. She was working as a part-time field journalist for Turner Networks simultaneously.

Ready joined as a full-time employee for the company in 2018. The then part-timer is now a host on the NBA TV show and a reporter for the show "NBA on TNT". 

Rebecca Haarlow

Rebecca Haarlow is one of the TNT basketball sideline announcers for the company. Haarlow is a anchor for the NBA TV and NBA on TNT.

The sideline reporter started her media journey via Portland Trail Blazers in 2007. She had also worked with the FOX corporations before becoming a news anchor about the 2011 NFL for the NFL channel.

Hararlow has been seen with multiple organizations and in various roles in the journalism field. Even at present, she is associated with many network companies like the Big Ten and MSG.

Rebecca joined the organization in 2015 as a reporter for the New York Knicks and later joined TNT and Big Ten too.

Allie LaForce

Allie LaForce is the current lead sideline reporter for the NBA on TNT and for NCAA tournaments. LaForce was with CBS prior to joining this network.

However, she has still been occasionally seen on CBS as she is one of the March Madness female reporters. The journalist exited from the channel in 2018 after both parties could not come to an agreement.

LaForce Started her career in the field even before her college ended. She was reporting for Sportstime Ohio as a field announcer in 2010 and 2011. She even reported on the 2011 OHSAA basketball championship.

After college, she started her professional career in Journalism with WJW channel 8 as a sports anchor. She worked with the company Until 2014.

In April 2014, her broadcasting career started professionally. She was announced as a sideline reporter for CBS for the SEC on CBS show. The model was even seen as a field journalist for the NBA TV in the same year.

LaForce started her journey with TNT in 2018 after her venture with CBS. She had been hired as a journalist and lead sideline reporter for the team. She is even actively covering the MLB too.

Rachel Nichols

Rachel Nichols was one of the TNT NCAA basketball announcers. Nichols was affiliated with the network from 2014 to 2016.

The Journalist was a sideline reporter for the NBA and NCAA men's basketball tournaments. She has had quite some experience in sports journalism before joining the organization. 

She started her sports journalism journey as a sports writer for the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. She entered the broadcasting world in 2004.

Later in the same year, she was appointed as a reporter for ESPN. She used to serve as a field journalist for Monday Night Football and the NBA game shows.

Nichols joined Turner Sports in 2013 after her contract expired. She served as one of the sideline reporters in the NBA on the TNT show. She covered both regular seasons and playoffs of the league.

The sports journalist was considered among the top sports media personnel in the country. She was acknowledged as one of the '10 Most Powerful Voices in the Sports Media' of 2015 by The Hollywood Reporter.

She left the TNT corporation in 2016 and returned to ESPN. She has since been serving as a reporter for the broadband Company.

Pam Oliver

Pam Oliver was a sideline reporter for TNT for 4 years. Oliver joined the team in 2005 and was with them until 2009.

In her 4 years, she served as a field journalist on the playoffs of the NBA on TNT show. She has since joined as the reporter of the NFL for the FOX channel.

Prior to joining Turner Networks, Oliver was already associated with FOX and was reporting to the number one broadcast team of FOX Sports.

Ros Gold-Onwude

Ros Gold-Onwude joined Turner Sports in 2017. She was a sideline reporter for the network.

The field reporter was responsible for covering the regular seasons and the playoffs of the NBA. Additionally, she was assigned even for the ALL-Star Weekend games and Summer Leagues. She was in charge of these roles until 2019.

Prior to joining the channel, she was a sideline journalist for the Golden State Warriors. The show's broadcasting was carried out on NBC Sports Bay Area.

Gold-Onwude was also one of the commentators in the WNBA for the MSG. She was involved with the company from 2011 till 2017.

Jen Hale

Jennifer Hale was a sideline reporter for TNT in 2017. Hale reported the Playoffs of the NBA that season.

The journalist was associated with FOX Sports before she joined the Tuner Networks. She started her career in the broadband industry as a correspondent for the KNOE-TV.

She later joined the WVTM as an anchor and reporter. During this time, she even managed to publish a book in 2009 called The 'Historic Plantations of Alabama's Black Belt'.

Hales also interviewed a former athlete for the online website of LSU. Later, the same organization recommended her to FOX which she later joined in 2011. The journalist was associated with TNT only for the first round of the NBA playoffs.
