NBA In Season Tournament Court Designs
NBA courts are solid color designs without visible woodgrain. Courts are 16 foot wide contrasting runway NBA Cup outlines in lanes and team logos baselines.
The NBA In-Season Tournament courts were designed with a bold and vibrant aesthetic to reflect the tournament's energy and excitement.
A larger-than-life NBA Cup at center court is the trophy that is awarded to the champion of the In-Season Tournament and its central placement on the court served as a reminder of the stakes involved in the competition.
In season tournament is an exciting format in which all 30 teams are randomly divided into six groups of five. The teams compete against one another in Group Play before moving on to the Knockout Rounds, intending to advance to the Semifinals and Championship.
They released the new NBA court designs to ESPN before releasing the list publicly. ESPN and TNT are its two broadcasting partners.
In-season tournaments along with their courts for all 30 teams are:
1. Sacramento Kings
The Sacramento Kings gray and blue are the main colors used. While the name of the arena Golden 1 Center is in gold and black. The lion is an incredible, fierce centerpiece, roaring with lightning bolts for eyes.
2. Portland Trail Blazers
The Portland Trailblazers are staying true to their home colors but paying tribute to their great championship-winning head coach Jack Ramsey. They also offset their sideline signatures with Portland on one baseline and Trail Blazers on the other.
3. Milwaukee Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks's new court features a cream base, neon mint strip, blue raspberry lettering and a Wisconsin logo with a geographic design.
4. Los Angeles Clippers
The basketball court in Indiana has been refined with unconventional colors and a cool center court nickname logo. The basketball itself which dots the "i" in Clips is like a chef's kiss.
5. Indiana Pacers
The court had bright blue sides and a highlighter-yellow stripe from baseline to baseline. An electric combination of aqua and yellow featuring the “INDY” design at midcourt.
6. Orlando Magic
Orlando Magic's design is cool, utilizing the Magic star as the letter "A" at eye-catching 3D angles. The team name is aggressive and nearly stretches from one 3-point line to the other.
7. Denver Nuggets
The combination of royal blue and bright gold is an excellent color scheme that the design cleverly incorporates. The basketballs at either end of the slogan and the skewed star at the top left corner add a touch of style to the court and make it more appealing.
8. Charlotte Hornets
The Charlotte Hornets logo emerges from the deep teal and gold court overlaying the NBA Cup trophy. "The Hive is Alive" blazes across the apron.
9. Houston Rockets
Houston Rockets Court has an “H-Town” nickname at center court. There can be found blue and white lining on the bottom sideline.
10. Oklahoma City Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder logo is similar to the Chicago Bulls with two layers of blue, one bright and one cool. The center court logo is burnt orange and black.
11. Cleveland Cavaliers
Cleveland Cavalier's court design features elegant and beautiful colors such as wine and gold. This includes the red "O" in Rocket Mortgage. "The Land" at center court and the "Let Em Know" slogan on the sideline make the finishing touch.
12. Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis Grizzlies has a grey court along with the Grizzlies logo on the front. On one baseline there is the team name in trademark blocky, piped lettering, while the city is on the other.
13. Minnesota Timberwolves
Minnesota Timberwolves has a simple and tasteful court that is elevated by a very cool logo that serves as a focal point. The good swatch decision to layer two mellow shades of blue on top of each other adds to its appeal.
14. Philadelphia 76ers
The Philadelphia 76ers logo has a retro design with the numbers seven and six placed back to back. It includes bright red and blue colors with an additive blue line on the far side which has arrows on the outside and another team logo inlaid on a blue diamond. On each baseline, the phrase "City of Brotherly Love" is written in a different font.
15. Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls use a bright red base with maroon keys and striking white lettering on the logo and court. There is a bull logo on the front.
16. Boston Celtics
Boston Celtics created a simple court with their brand's iconography, history and franchise. The name Celtics is written below each side of the court.
17. Los Angeles Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers court color scheme is gold on royal purple. Along with the logo of the Lakers in the middle of the court.
18. Atlanta Hawks
Atlanta Hawks court has a light blue color with its name on its side. The quote “life as we fly” (in lowercase) is written on the bottom of halfcourt.
19. New York Knicks
The NBA Cup trophy is prominently displayed on the New York Knicks' court. It also features a fully painted design extending from edge to edge including team names on the baseline.
20. Utah Jazz
Utah Jazz court is inspired by the team's purple City Edition uniforms. It features the team name and logo in bold white letters and the In-Season Tournament trophy at center court.
21. Miami Heat
Miami Heat court is mostly red with a gray rectangle in the middle. The center features the NBA Cup, awarded to the winner of the tournament.
22. Toronto Raptors
Toronto Raptors unveil a new OVO-themed all-black and gold design that features the league's in-season trophy in the center.
23. Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets court features a dark gray color scheme with a light gray runway spanning between the lanes. The NBA Cup championship trophy is at center court and its vibrant colors contrast with the darker shades of the court.
24. Dallas Mavericks
The Dallas Mavericks court is mostly deep teal. The trophy is displayed at the center court and is surrounded by a circular pattern of gold lines that extend to the free-throw lines.
25. Phoenix Suns
The Phoenix Suns court is mainly purple color scheme with a turquoise blue lane running through the center and each paint. The championship prize is located at the center court surrounded by a circular pattern of turquoise lines.
26. San Antonio Spurs
San Antonio Spurs court has bold colors and the Tower of the Americas at half-court. It features a San Antonio decal in a retro font on the baselines and "Viva Spurs" in cursive letters on the sideline.
27. Detroit Pistons
Detroit Pistons Court has a gray backdrop, highlighted by vibrant red columns that extend from the center court to each baseline. Along each baseline, the team's name appears in bold white letters across the center of the red column.
28. Golden State Warriors
Golden State Warriors court features a blue background with a gold "runway" that stretches from lane to lane. The NBA Cup championship trophy is displayed in the center with its vivid colors standing out against the darker background.
29. Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards In-Season Tournament court features teal and gold colors. It has the NBA Cup trophy displayed at the center court surrounded by gold lines.
30. New Orleans Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans court color is deep teal and the Pelicans embrace a Halloween theme in their City Edition art, featuring a new "skelican" logo.
