Phoenix Suns Promotional Schedule 2023-24 Season

The Phoenix Suns last pride night was held on Thursday, 6 April 2023. The team will host the next pride night on 3 April 2024.

The Suns will be hosting the night with the support of PayPal to intensify the significance of allyship and raise the acceptance and visibility of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The Suns' Pride Night is significant for the Phoenix LGBTQIA+ community. It demonstrates the club's commitment to inclusion and diversity. Also, it states the fact that everyone is welcome at Footprint Center.

The pride night features several activities such as:

• A unique jersey featuring pride color worn by the Suns players
• A performance by the Suns' Entertainment team
• A meet-and-greet with the Phoenix mascot Gorilla
• Pride-themed commodities for purchase on the Team Shop
• A Pride Night photo booth

The Phoenix Pride has assisted the LGBTQIA+ community for over 40 years by organizing rallies, marches, outreach and education events, and parades. Since 2018, the Suns have also hosted Pride Night events.

Tickets for the night are available on the Phoenix Suns' official website. The Suns offer a ticket package incorporating a game ticket and PayPal's courtesy gifts to the first 5,000 fans.

The Suns' 2023 Pride Night event featured an exclusive t-shirt designed by Ashley Macias, a local muralist and LGBTQIA+ artist, alongside the Game items at the Team Shop.

The Business of Pride Award was presented to Jesse Shank and Gabe Hagen as recognition by FirstBank and the Suns for supporting the local LGBTQIA+ community during the event.

The 2024 Pride event is scheduled during the match between the Phoenix Suns and Cleveland Cavaliers.

The game will feature a small Pride business marketplace with local LQBTQIA+-owned resources and business groups.

The Phoenix Suns giveaways schedule for the 2023-24 season is:

• A Collapsible dog bowl by Invitation Homes to first 10,000 fans - Thursday, February 8
• A Clear bag by CarMax to first 10,000 fans - Wednesday, March 20
• A Bradley Beal bobblehead by Fry's to first 5,000 fans - Tuesday, April 9

The Suns will host the Utah Jazz on Opening Night on October 28. The team will take on the Trail Blazers on November 21, when Adrian Chaparro will perform during half-time at Footprint Center as El Valle theme nights part.

Fans can receive free Phoenix Suns limited edition t-shirts in addition to original content, game replays, and live games with the purchase of Suns Live's annual subscription.

The Suns hosted the College Night Celebration on November 6, 2018 at Talking Stick Resort Arena (Footprint Arena since 2020). Red Bull Sponsored the event.

The Suns took on the Brooklyn Nets that night, where the first 2,500 fans to purchase a ticket through Suns Game Day Pass or Suns Student Pass received an exclusive Suns Hawaiian Shirt.

Throughout the night, college students with valid IDs could purchase popcorn and hot dogs at $2 each at the PHX Tastes concession stand near section 112.

Before that, the Suns hosted the night on November 8, 2017. The event featured a matchup between the Suns and the Miami Heat on a Wednesday night.

The first 2,500 fans in attendance were gifted an exclusive 1995 NBA All-Star Jersey Tank that featured the design of the iconic jersey worn in Phoenix during that All-Star game.

Popcorn and beer during the celebration were available for college students with a valid student ID at $2 and $5, respectively. The offer was at a tailgate in the Dos Equis Beer Garden from 5 p.m. through half-time, near section 124.

Moreover, all students at the tailgate were gifted with a memorial 50th season Suns college cup, while the first 300 students to purchase a ticket received an exclusive Suns college shirt each.

Likewise, high school and college students who signed up for the Suns Student Pass program had access to the Suns' tickets at the last minute for as low as $5 per game.

The Phoenix Suns College Night featured the college students' participation in several on-court contests. Also, the Suns Entertainment teams were present in college apparel for the game.

The items of the game, a Phoenix Suns snapback (2017-18 season) and a Suns Hawaiian Shirt (2018-19 season) were featured in the Suns Team Shop for just $15 for the night.
