Dickies Arena Purse Policy And Event Schedule 2023

The bag policies in the Dickies Arena are as follows:

• The bags must be smaller than 12''x6''x12'' in dimension
• A clear tote bag fulfilling the size category is allowed in the Arena.
• Small Purse, small fashion purses and small clutch bags are prohibited by the venue.
• The viewers can also bring drawstring bags that are under the size criteria along with plastic storage bags for assistance.
• Any kind of backpack is not allowed in the arena.
• Oversized purses, oversized tote bags and suitcases are prohibited inside the stadium.
• Laptop bags, duffel bags and coolers are also banned from the stadium.
• However, emergency medical bags are allowed in the arena after a thorough search.
• All the bags that pass through security are subjected to search.
• The bags can be x-rayed, examined and even asked to be opened by the authorities.

In addition to that, there is also a locker facility for the spectators in the stadium but it tends to fill up quite quickly

Some other policies:

• Re-entry inside the arena is not permitted.
• Smoking near the premises is not tolerated and the smoker should be at least 30 feet away from any of the public entrances at any period of time.
• Strollers inside the stadium are not allowed.
• Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket seller for the venue so the audience is requested to purchase tickets from them
• There will be no cancellation or refunding of tickets after it is purchased unless the event gets canceled then the refund will be provided.
• Wheelchair escorts are complimentary by the guest service team.
• Spectators can wear face coverings or masks in the venue
• Any items lost and not claimed within 30 days, then it will be discarded by the security team.
• Any guest under the influence of substances will be denied entry to the venue.

Prohibited items in the Arena:

• Alcohol, drugs and any other illegal substances.
• Audio or video recorders, professional cameras, selfie sticks, monopods and tripods.
• Bottles, cans or similar containers.
• Flags with poles and even flags exceeding the 11''x17'' size.
• Any animals besides trained service animals.
• Items like whistles and horns that make noises.
• Outside food and drinks.
• Weapons like Firearms, chains, knives and pepper spray.
• Indecent clothes and signs that describe hate towards others.
• Any item that has been stated as unacceptable by the management team
• Beach Balls, balloons and inflatables
• Seat cushions along with chairs or stools
• Flares, fireworks, glowsticks, flashlights and laser pointers
• Laptops, tablets and personal computers

The facility has many seating arrangements according to the event being hosted. It is divided into three parts.

• Plaza Level
• Suite and Loge box level
• Gallery level

The plaza is the 100-level section of the stadium. It contains rows fewer than 25 and has an entrance at the top row. Rows are added in front of these sections during basketball games.

Loge boxes are between the 100 and 200 Levels. It has padded seats for the comfort of the onlookers.

The seats can be elevated or lowered according to the event and the comfort of the spectators. Also, suites are some of the most comfortable seats in the arena and are located beside the boxes.

Finally, the gallery has eight rows, and the entrance towards it is behind the last row.

The stadium has the second-largest 360-degree scoreboard in the continent. It is even greater than the width of the court and measures about 105 feet across and 26 feet tall.

The Dickies is ranked as the best facility in the US. It was ranked 2nd in the world by Billboard on their Worldwide Boxscore Chart of Midyear 2023.

The rankings were made based on the attendance, the number of events and gross revenue of the venue.

Dickies Arena Capacity

The Fort Worth Texas Dickies Arena has a maximum seating capacity of 14,000 people. It is a multipurpose facility located in the Will Roger Memorial Center.

However there are courtside sections added for basketball events and for the concerts, seats are added directly on the Floor. The maximum seating capacity for basketball events is 13,300.

The Dickies arena also has enough parking spaces for the guests who are to arrive at the venue. Additionally, The Yellow lots will also be available for the spectators to park their vehicles.

It is a Chevrolet Parking Garage that has a space of 2,200 and is at 3464 Trail Drive. The cost of parking will be determined by the event that is being held at the facility.

U.S. LBM Coast to Coast Challenge

It is a college basketball event that is set to be held for the 3rd time. It is scheduled from the 16th of December 2023.

The contest consists of three games and it is planned to begin at 4:00 pm local time. The first confrontation is between UT Arlington and Air Force Academy.

The ticket prices of these contests start as low as $15.00 and are open for booking at the Ticketmaster's official website.

Globetrotters

Globetrotters are exhibition basketball teams who are on the world tour at present. They are scheduled to be in 25+ countries and over more than 400 cities.

The roster is full of athletic players who perform comedic and theatrical gameplays to entertain the audience. They started in 1926 from the south side of Chicago.

Till October of 2023, they have been around 124 countries and played more than 26,000 games. Their ball tricks and dance performances are their signature moves.

The Battle Basketball Showcase

The showcase is an Exposure event organized by Gold Level Sports & Entertainment. It is a brand marketing firm that specializes in creating opportunities for young athletes in the country.

The occasion featured 8 high school players that were nationally ranked. It was one of the most anticipated high school confrontations of the year. 

The game was held on the 9th of January 2021. The match was held between YPSI from Michigan and Air Nado from Colorado.

Also, there was an event called the American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship which was to be held in March of 2022. However, it was canceled at the last minute due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was a Division I event for the AAC. It was planned to be started on 12th of March.

The match was set to be live on ESPN and the schedule had also been released. All the 12 conference teams were participating in the game which was supposed to happen from 12 to 15 of March.
