When McCuinn was about to complete her tenure with the Rebels, Ole Miss offered a four-year extension up to the 2025-2026 season.

Yolett will earn a total of $3.55 million in base value from her 4-Year deal with Ole Miss, while there are several incentive opportunities for the head coach.

Ole Miss Spirit mentioned that head coach Yolett can obtain incentives up to $450,000, depending on the team's performance. There are multiple bonuses based on the level of achievement obtained by the team and the coach.

  • If the women's Basketball team obtains a single-year APR score of 960 and above, Yolett will get $10,000. Similarly, she will get $15,000 if the APR score is 975 or more.

  • Any achievements from the Southeastern Conference including the SEC Coach of the year award worth $20,000, can add to the benefits. 

  • If the Rebels land the top five positions in the SEC regular season standings, then Yolett will get $20,000. It increases to $35,000 if the team makes it to the top four.

  • McCuin will get another $50,000 if the team wins the SEC regular season championship.

  • Another $20,000 is obtained if the team is eligible for the SEC Tournament Championship and winning the SEC Championship Title would provide $30,000 to McCuin.

  • The head coach gets another $10,000 if the Rebels finish Top 25 in the AP regular-season poll of the NCAA. It further becomes $20,000 if the team gets to the Top 15.

  • An NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament appearance alone is worth $25,000 for the Ole Miss Lady Rebels head coach.

  • Similarly, if McCuin receives a National Coach of the Year Award, she will obtain another $25,000 incentive.

  • Before reaching the Elite Eight, each win in the NCAA Tournament is worth another $25,000. Likewise, reaching the final four would be equal to $125,000. 

  • Winning the NCAA National Championship will add a $250,000 incentive for coach McCuin.

Lady Rebels star coach Yolett began her coaching career at Frank Philips college in 2005. Coach McCuin was a talented point guard in her college days.

After graduating, she chose to pursue a career in leading the team to victory as a coach and made steady progress through various teams in her early years.

Following her first year as an assistant coach at Frank Philips, she was recruited by UAPB in 2006, Portland Pilots in 2007, Pittsburgh Panthers in 2008, and Clemson Tigers in 2010.

Three years later, in 2013, she got her first head coach offer from Jacksonville to lead the women's basketball team. Acknowledging her skills at Jacksonville, Ole Miss recruited McChuin in 2018.

From the numerous athletes taught by Coach McCuin, Shakira Austin got First Team All-SEC honors for two consecutive seasons. In addition, Austin obtained national recognition as one of the best centers among Division I basketball players.
