Dickies Arena Bag Policy
The bag policies in the Dickies Arena are as follows:
- The bags must be smaller than 12''x6''x12'' in dimension
- A clear tote bag fulfilling the size category is allowed in the Arena.
- Small Purse, small fashion purses and small clutch bags are prohibited by the venue.
- The viewers can also bring drawstring bags that are under the size criteria along with plastic storage bags for assistance.
- Any kind of backpack is not allowed in the arena.
- Oversized purses, oversized tote bags and suitcases are prohibited inside the stadium.
- Laptop bags, duffel bags and coolers are also banned from the stadium.
- However, emergency medical bags are allowed in the arena after a thorough search.
- All the bags that pass through security are subjected to search.
- The bags can be x-rayed, examined and even asked to be opened by the authorities.
In addition to that, there is also a locker facility for the spectators in the stadium but it tends to fill up quite quickly
Some other policies:
- Re-entry inside the arena is not permitted.
- Smoking near the premises is not tolerated and the smoker should be at least 30 feet away from any of the public entrances at any period of time.
- Strollers inside the stadium are not allowed.
- Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket seller for the venue so the audience is requested to purchase tickets from them
- There will be no cancellation or refunding of tickets after it is purchased unless the event gets canceled then the refund will be provided.
- Wheelchair escorts are complimentary by the guest service team.
- Spectators can wear face coverings or masks in the venue
- Any items lost and not claimed within 30 days, then it will be discarded by the security team.
- Any guest under the influence of substances will be denied entry to the venue.
Prohibited items in the Arena:
- Alcohol, drugs and any other illegal substances.
- Audio or video recorders, professional cameras, selfie sticks, monopods and tripods.
- Bottles, cans or similar containers.
- Flags with poles and even flags exceeding the 11''x17'' size.
- Any animals besides trained service animals.
- Items like whistles and horns that make noises.
- Outside food and drinks.
- Weapons like Firearms, chains, knives and pepper spray.
- Indecent clothes and signs that describe hate towards others.
- Any item that has been stated as unacceptable by the management team
- Beach Balls, balloons and inflatables
- Seat cushions along with chairs or stools
- Flares, fireworks, glowsticks, flashlights and laser pointers
- Laptops, tablets and personal computers
