Cleveland Cavaliers promotional schedule kicks off on October 27 as the regular season against OKC Thunder. The season hosts 40 road and 40 home games.
Before Opening Night, the Cavs hosted two home preseason games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on October 12. The first game was played against the Orlando Magic at 7:00 p.m. The second game was hosted on October 16 against Maccabi Ra'anana.
Single-game tickets for the Cleveland Cavaliers all regular season home games in the 2023-2024 season are sale to the general public since August. Tickets for the Cavalier’s two preseason home games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse are also on sale since Tuesday at the same time.
Cleveland hosted the Pacers on October 28 which is presented by Cleveland Clinic in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The color code for the game is pink.
Tickets for the preseason home games at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse are available at Cavs.com/Schedule. There is a limit of 6 tickets per person with no game limit.

These are some of the important and featured giveaways by the Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2023-2024 season.
Throughout the season the team had given away various items. The first giveaway is scheduled for October 27th during the home opener. Attendees received a free Cavaliers t-shirt.
Bobblehead dolls, knit winter scarves, lunch bags, tote bags and corduroy caps are also popular giveaways. After certain games different types of uniforms will be revealed at a later date.

Cleveland Cavs Fan Appreciation Night
On April 9th the Cavaliers played against the Charlotte Hornets in the 21st Annual Fan Appreciation Night.
The game was presented by Discount Drug Mart at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. This special event is typically held towards the end of the regular season, usually during the last home game.
No fan will go home empty-handed on Fan Appreciation Night! Every fan in attendance will receive a tote bag upon arrival courtesy of Discount Drug Mart.
Upon entry, all fans will be eligible to receive a prize voucher for a chance to win a variety of prizes such as Cavs bobbleheads, staycation packages, electronics, gift cards, experiences and many more. To claim the prize listed on their voucher the fans must visit a Prize Central location inside the FieldHouse.
The jersey giveaway is one of the most popular Cavs Fan Appreciation Night traditions. After the game, all admirers in attendance are automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to meet one of their favorite players and receive a game-worn jersey.

Additionally, fans at FieldHouse can receive a special ticket offer for two FREE tickets to a 2023-2024 Cavs preseason game, the Cleveland Monsters home opener at the FieldHouse or the 2023-2024 Cleveland Charge home opener at the Wolstein Center.
Furthermore, the Cavs Team Shop offered fans 20% off their entire purchase on a specific date during Fan Appreciation Day.
Wall of Honor Celebration Night
Cavs Wall of Honor was held on the 17th of November 2019. The celebration night takes place in March or April and overlaps with a home game.
The Cleveland Cavaliers pay tribute to Wall of Honor legends Nick Mileti, Wayne Embry, Bill Fitch, the late John Johnson and the late John "Hot Rod" Williams. Mileti the Cavalier's first owner received a 2016 NBA championship ring.
The Wall of Honor is prominently displayed in the FieldHouse's new North Atrium area. The large 12'x44' wall be covered with a mosaic of custom-designed tiles representing each honoree.
Each selected player received 2 silver tiles, one with their name, photo, years with the organization and jersey number. The second one will be dedicated to the role on the team along with their name, list of major accomplishments and jersey number.
The Wall includes tiles honoring the eight Cavaliers players whose jerseys have previously been retired. Austin Carr, Brad Daugherty, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Larry Nance Sr., Mark Price, Bobby "Bingo" Smith, Nate Thurmond and Joe Tait. Each player is represented by two gold tiles.
More names have been added to the Wall of Honor since its creation. The Cavs have welcomed World B. Free, Gordon Gund and Campy Russell to their inaugural class and honorees.
They are planning to establish another group on March 10, 2024, when the team plays the Brooklyn Nets.
NBA Pride Night Events ft Cavaliers
First April Pride Night took place in 2021 and the second took place on the 30th of April 2021 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters celebrated the LGBTQ+ community and their allies with two Pride Celebrations at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The Cavaliers debuted a special video highlighting local leaders of the LGBTQ+ community.
At the Monster’s inaugural Pride Night autographed hockey sticks and 80 commemorative Pride pucks were auctioned off on the DASH auction platform. All proceeds benefited the Community AIDS Network/Akron Pride Initiative.
CANAPI is also the fiscal sponsor of the Akron Pride Festival which was held on August 28, 2021, in Downtown Akron.
In honor of the LGBTQ+ community, the FieldHouse massive 77,110 square foot curtain wall was lit up with rainbow colors for each celebration. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Monsters joined Ohio Business Competes to achieve nondiscrimination throughout Ohio and make it a better place to live and work.
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters have joined Ohio Business Competes a coalition of nearly 1,100 businesses, nonprofits and labor unions to support LGBTQ+ Ohioans.

There are several special events and activities planned that include:
- A pre-game ceremony featuring a local LGBTQ+ choir or drag queen performance.
- A special Pride Night jersey auction will take place with proceeds benefiting a local LGBTQ+ organization.
- A gathering of LGBTQ+ community leaders and activists.
- A photo booth where fans can pose with Cavaliers mascots and Pride Night-themed props.
- Following the game there will be a reception with music, dancing and refreshments.
The Cavs debuted For The Love. For The Land. For Pride. a special video highlighting local leaders of the LGBTQ+ community which was inspired by the Cavaliers For The Love For The Land banner on the Sherwin-Williams global headquarters.
The video was created in collaboration with local producer and photographer Autumn Bland, who also appears in the video as the creator of Portraits of Pride.

City Edition Premiere is a theme night event where the team will debut their new City Edition uniform.
The team will also host a Salute to Service night a special event honoring military veterans and current service members for their service and sacrifice.

Cavs Kids Night is scheduled for January 7 which is a special event dedicated to young fans and their families. From face painting to meet-and-greets with mascots and players, Cavs Kids Night promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
NBA Pride Night, taking place on December 16 is a celebration of diversity and inclusivity within the basketball community. This event aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies alike.
