Bidding of Big 10 conferences in the last 10 years are:

Big 10 has made its highest bids in 2022 and 2021 with a total of 9. The Big Ten Conference of the 2022-23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season took place from March 8 to 12, 2023 in the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

There were 14 school teams that participated in the tournaments through which Purdue claimed the victory winning over Penn State with the final scoreboard of 67 - 65. They were automatically bid for the 2023 NCAA tournament.

The Pac-12 Conference consists of 12 teams in which a total of nine basketball championships have been won by the Arizona Wildcats. With four titles, UCLA is ranked second, followed by Oregon with five, and Washington with three.

The La Salle Explorers won the 1954 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament championship, marking the Atlantic 10's sole victory. La Salle Explorers led by Ken Loeffler defeated the Bradley Braves men's basketball with the final scoreboard of 92 - 76 points.

This was La Salle's first national championship in program history. The 1954 NCAA championship game was the first NCAA championship game to be nationally televised, with an estimated audience of 18 million viewers watching the game on CBS.

The American Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament winner of 2023 is Memphis Tigers. Memphis defeated the Houston Cougars with the final scoreboard result of 75 – 65.

The AAC has made a total bid of 25 since 2013 with the recent March Madness auto bids of two in 2023.

Formerly known as the Big East from 1979 to 2013 it was later formed as the AAC in 2014. ACC won a single NCAA championship trophy in 2014 with the UConn Huskies defeating the Kentucky Wildcats with the final score points of 60 - 54.

The conference has 11 teams of which Cincinnati Bearcats, Houston Cougars and SMU Mustangs have won two AAC trophies each.

West Coast has won two NCAA tournaments one in 1955 by San Francisco Dons men's basketball defeating La Salle with the score of 77 - 63 and in 1956 San Francisco Dons won over Iowa Hawkeyes with the final score of 83 - 71.
