How To Change Shoes In REC 2K24?

Players must enter the REC lobby to switch their shoes in this mode. Several sneakers are listed in Mode's Clothing category.

However, there have been some issues in the customization of players in the game which they call a glitch.

In the REC mode, the players could not choose the options to change the sneakers. Some players faced this issue only with custom shoes while others could not find the shoes options at all.

There are quite some workarounds found against these glitches on the internet. X-box players must buy only Colorways sneakers from the store to enable the shoe Icon in the clothing center.

Another way is simple and effective for most of the players. The participant must first enter the start button to enter the menu.

After entering the menu, choose my player and appearance option. Then open the shoe option from Pro-Am and let all the shoes in your inventory load completely.

After the loading is complete go back to The REC option to see the shoe icon. You can now change the accessory according to your desire.

However, this glitch will be soon fixed by developers. The season 2 patch notes have addressed this issue.

The note describes that now every player can switch both custom and colorways shoes in REC mode like it was intended. The update is rolling on the 20th of October 2023.

How To Acquire Shoes?

There are different stores to buy shoes in 2k24. These shops are located on the bottom part of the map called the shopping district or the Plaza.

Players can reach the location either by foot or by train. The area has shoes from 7 different brands

After entering the respective stores, you can select either On-Court or Colorways to view your options. These sneakers can be bought via Virtual cash in the game referred to as the VC.

Additionally, if a player has a shoe deal with a brand, the cost of shoes of the same company will be reduced. For example, If you sign a deal with Converse then, the shoes of the label that was previously 5,000 VC will now cost 3,000 or less.

Regardless, you have to note that the above-mentioned feature is only available in the Mycareer mode of the game.

NBA 2k24 short shorts are only available to players who have purchased a Season 1 Battle Pass. The player must buy a Pro Pass to obtain these shorts.

A famous and beloved accessory in the virtual world has now become rarer than ever. In previous editions of the game, shorts were found in the stores of the shopping district however, the new 2k24 has no shorts in their store.

Additionally, the tradition of earning the shorts from different in-game events has been canceled. Now gamers cannot get shorts by completing any challenges.

The player must purchase a $10 Battle Pass to get these shorts. Only one half-pant is available in the Pass.

It features a checkerboard striped Short Shorts. The player can get this short just after purchasing the package.

Besides, there is also another alternative that you can get your hands on these shorts. The clothing becomes available via season awards challenges as well.

These pamphlets are located in The City of MyCareer mode of the game. They are virtual collectibles and kind of a side quest embedded by the developers for the player's entertainment.

There are a total of 10 flyers that a player can collect in the game. They are pasted on different locations and some posters require some task to be completed.

Sunset Park Court

The poster is located under a window in the park. If you go across the alley that is covered in graffiti, you will find the wall just before the street.

Brickley's Gym

There are two flyers located in the area. They are along the east side of the building and the west side of the building.

The Point Court

Just on the stone wall entrance of the court is the flyer pasted. It is hard to miss as it is just beside the "The Point" writings.

Practice Facility

The facility has a poster on its premises. On the southeast corner of the venue, a flyer is pasted just below a wall light.

The Art of Shooting

Between the bench and the bicycle parking area of the building is a wall where the pamphlet is located. It is on the east side of the structure.

Pro-Am Building

The collectible is on the east side of the facility. It is just facing a 3v3 sign board.

Rise Affiliation Court

Just as you are trying to enter the facility there is the Rise logo above. If you turn left from the logo you will witness the flyer there.

Elite Affiliation Courts

Just on the right side of the Elite logo of the venue is the poster. It is just below a writing that reads D1.

By the Yard

This is not like every other flyer you collected. This is actually a task assigned to you by the game.

Players have to go and interact with a character by the yard. He is the one putting up all these posters.

The individual will be clearly denoted as there will be a symbol hovering over him along with the distance between you two. He will provide you with the final poster of the game.

All these items when collected will help you to acquire the Hotdog Hat. Also, the players can use Shep Ownes as a team member in Sunset Park after this task.

Daily Spin Location 2k24

NBA 2k24 daily spin location is on the south side of MyCity near the big building close to the bridge. You have to have an affiliation to claim it.

There are two factions from which the player can choose. The Rise and the Elites.

For the ones affiliated with the Elite, the spin is on the side of the Elite statue whereas for the Rise the spin is beside the Rise statue.

Both are located in the city and both have their own pros and cons. The character can align with any group.

To choose the Rise, the individual has to head toward the beach at the bottom of the map and talk to Shakedown. Similarly, to join the elites, the player must talk to Chris Manning who is just beside shakedown.

Once you join a group, there are some small tasks the players have to fulfill to join the organization officially. Once they have joined and completed the task, the players can then be part of the daily spins.

There are rewards from these spins that are random and vary from tattoos and balls to major VC boosts.
